Wow, Bush was lame. He has this stupid idea in his head that the SOTU is a time to announce big, unfunded, unthought-out, grandiose fantasies for America. I support some of those fantasies, but, damn, how about you work on a legacy of competency instead of unfulfillable grandiose visions?
