Men and women who have served in the military know this phenomenon as a "SNAFU" Situation Normal All Fucked Up.
If you had ever gotten up off of your dead ass to do anything to earn your spot in this country (and sitting behind a computer screen undermining it doesn't quite count) you'd have recognised it immediatly.
Actually, it was 75 dead and 200 wounded.
And yes, they really are desperate.
