Isn't Alan Fine the brother of Bob Fine? They're such a creepy family.
Any coincidence that Alan slightly resembles Larry Fine? I THINK NOT.
I think Alan Fine sounds like John Malkovich, and looks kinda like the creepy dude who falsely claimed to have killed JonBenet Ramsey. And yes, his brother is Mpls Park Board member Bob Fine.
