I suggest Minnesotans write to Rep. Mark Kennedy and ask him (at least) these two questions about Rep. DeLay:
1) Were you one of the dozens of House Republicans (as reported by the NY Times) who contributed to Tom DeLay's legal defense fund?
2) Do you think it's a conflict of interests that two members of the House ethics committee contributed to Rep. DeLay's legal defense fund?
I've emailed Kennedy's office with these two questions several times. Aside from a form response to my first email (which didn't address either question), I haven't gotten any answers. I figure if more people ask, he'll have to respond. I'm guessing Kennedy probably doesn't want his loyal allegiance to DeLay to be a factor in his upcoming Senate campaign.
