Al Franken heads home

It remains to be seen how viable Al Franken vs. Norm Coleman would be. It is certainly an open question whether or not or Al would win DFL endorsement. Salon does a pretty good job of examining Franken's imminent move back to the Twin Cities to set up the run, though.

More like smokes crack liberally - he's a nut job, and while it may make you fellow travelers squeal with delight, in the end he'll hurt more than help.

Its funny, given all the "really smart" people the DFL claims as members, they have to keep rolling out the same tired losers for election. (Even then they nominate a bunch and let them tear each other up before its even started.)

The only good thing about the Democratic party is its self correcting. The influence and power wanes as the GOP mandate grows and grows.

It's funny to hear people call someone so levelheaded, fair, and (yes) reality-based a "nut job." If you ever listen to his show, he likes to talk about things like... facts. And what's good for America. Not to mention the hilarity of blowhards like O'Reilly and Rush contradicting themselves and lying on tape.

Yes, I think Al would do just fine against Norm Coleman if he doesn't screw it up.

Thanks Chuck!

You're proving my point.
"That guy is teh funy, I vote him!"

Good luck there dude. H Ross was right about that giant sucking sound, its real - but he was wrong about where its coming from. Its the DFL circling the bowl.

The best senate candidates the DFL can find.

1. The victim and proven loser. A woman who's only claim to fame is failing to protect her own child.
2. The joke. A guy who wrote a book belittling the most successful man in radio ever. He's heard on 53 big stations! (His nemesis on over ten times that many.)

Wow! You guys are on fire, no stopping you now. Really. Completely on fire and rapidly burning away.

I think Censored subscribes to the "say it enough and it becomes true" way of thought. For someone who doesn't seem to give a crap about the dfl, you sure do like to give advice. Just think if the Repubs had you working on their side! Go team go.

Obviously, you're only proving points to yourself here, you attention-starved little troll. Good luck at the Chuckle Hut.

Wake up losers! (esp. directed at you marko) Just some little anti-DFL troll, pay no attention...

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid raised a few eyebrows yesterday on the Senate floor when he said it would take a "miracle" for Democrats to win enough races next year to take back the Senate.

How bad do you have to suck before you admit that there is something seriously wrong? If you won't take it from me, maybe one of your own leadership.
